جایزه فرصت و توانمندسازی وزیر HUD Mountain View Village Anchorage، دهکده مونتین ویو آلاسکا، یکی از اولین محله های آنکوریج با بیشترین جمعیت بومی آلاسکا، یکی از کمترین درآمد و بیشترین نیاز به احیای مجدد را داشت. اداره مسکن کوک اینلت (CIHA) روستای مانتین ویو را برای ابتکار احیای خود انتخاب کرد و مسکن های آسیب دیده و فرسوده را هدف قرار داد.
